Empowering Schools: Briarwood' s School Improvement Offer
Unlock your school’ s potential with Reach & Connect’ s School Improvement Partner offer, bringing exceptional SEND expertise into your setting.
Our core values are to ensure all pupils Enjoy, Engage, and Learn to their full potential and we are committed to extending this aim to all pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in every setting. We recognise the growing challenges schools face, with increasing numbers of children requiring SEND support and many struggling with limited resources and expertise to implement truly inclusive practices.
Our Reach & Connect service is specifically designed to empower your school with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to effectively support pupils. We believe that good SEND provision is good provision for all, and that starts with strong and impactful leadership and consistent systems and processes. We will support you to embed long term change.
We will collaborate closely with your leadership team to assess your school’s context, co-create improvement plans aligned to your priorities, and deliver targeted CPD, coaching, and strategic guidance. Reach & Connect is your bridge to inclusive excellence— empowering your school to deliver transformative outcomes for all learners, especially those with diverse needs.
Our offer enables schools to benefit from bespoke SEND-focused support —co-designed and delivered by Briarwood’s specialist staff. Whether enhancing whole-school provision, embedding trauma-informed and sensory-inclusive practices, or boosting staff confidence in SEND strategies, we bring practical solutions rooted in proven expertise.
